Whether it’s questioning what you should write about in your newsletter next week, stopping yourself from sharing that bold thing you almost posted on Facebook, or just feeling like something has to be said or shifted but you’re not sure what, one thing’s for sure:
The answers are already inside of you.
I know, I know, not the response you were hoping for.
Wouldn’t you rather I told you there was a 5-step formula to figuring it out and that I have this exact formula that you can purchase today!?
Me either.
My solution is much more fun and real.
It’s called dancing it out of you.
It’s the art of letting your body speak, letting energy move through you, and then uncovering hidden truths in the process.
And that art will translate into clarity and authenticity in your business and message, if you really cultivate it.
It’s all about making sacred space so that you can connect to your truth and trust yourself enough to let movement - and answers - flow out of you.
But how do you do that?!
In the midst of seeing clients, managing your business, and going about the regular duties of adulting or parenting, I know it can be difficult to make this time for yourself.
And not making the time is probably why you’re still not publishing your newsletter regularly, why you’re still procrastinating on getting your rebrand going, why you’re still not using your voice and spreading your message to its potential reach.
It’s time for a new approach.
Enter: Dance Into Your Answers, Business Edition, the dance and writing workshop designed to unleash the power in your body to get clarity and consistency in how you communicate your work to the world.
It's about creating the safe and sacred space you need to get in touch with what's true for you. (And one of my zones of genius is in helping you get there.) To let go of the inhibitions, worries, and mental patterns that have been keeping you stuck. To give yourself permission to experiment and feel free to be you and find the words to match.
Women have left workshops and sessions with me having newfound clarity about the direction they are going in their business, finally getting clarity on the title or tagline for their new program, and much more.
"I was unhappy with my website for years because I didn't know how to express the truth of what I did. I'd been trying to create a tag line for years. After two sessions with Jess, I had brand new copy for my homepage that stated EXACTLY what I did and the power of my work. I had a tagline that I loved, and I even changed the name of my business. All this by way of a powerful process that got me deep into who I really am and the truth of my work."
Oh, hi! I’m Jess Grippo. Almost forgot to introduce myself. If you’re on this page, you probably know me already or have been referred here by someone who does. In addition to maintaining my own weekly blog and newsletter for 4 years and counting, (yup, every. single. week.) I was a copywriter for a major women’s health brand for 7 years as I built my own business. I’ve not only studied and practiced writing for business purposes, but I also regularly create and share my art: mostly dance videos and written things on Facebook and Instagram. I believe in practicing the art of self-expression and I love getting to combine all of this experience into a really powerful and effective way to help others get their voices out there, too.
The video is like Skype, but only with a group of us all connected at once. And you will be encouraged to talk and share yourself through the process. That's how you're going to get the most from it. It will feel like you're here live with me.
FYI - This will be a SMALL group of people - mostly likely 10 - and everyone will be connected via video chat. Everyone will get 1-1 support at some point if you desire it. This isn't one of those webinars that you tune into and take notes on - I WILL SEE YOU, TOO. Don't be scared. It will be fun and deeply transformative. It's having me as your personal coach and mentor for an hour and a half. This is a really cheap way to do that. So just sign up.
Yes, that’s totally ok! I personally will argue that everyone is a dancer, but we don’t have to get into that here. All you need is a desire and willingness to dance and move your body. You don’t need “training” or previous dance experience. There won’t be any fancy flip moves to learn, and I certainly won’t make you do anything you’re not comfortable with. The focus here is mostly on writing and expressing yourself - dance and movement is one way we’ll get there.
Between you, me, and the internet, I’m currently in an experimental mode with my business and classes. I tend to do things when I’m inspired to do them. This is a beta launch, a test of sorts. So I don’t have another plan to do this again - but that’s not some technique to put you into scarcity mode so that you join now. It’s just the truth. If you’re feelin’ it now, then there’s no better time than now. Amiright?
